Hostal Inter Plaza Mayor Auto Check In - Madrid

All fine, but tiny bathroom

We don't eat breakfast in it so I can't talk about breakfast. Considering the location and price the features fit nastant to what I expected. small room was still too much but as I only needed it for sleeping and showering so it was quite good. I may have missed a table in the room but there was no space and in the bathroom there was a hanger or something to leave toiletries or hang clothes. hot water for two people did not reach well to the second shower, I imagine that it works by deposit or that being the highest floor it did not reach well. Otherwise, taking into account that it is in the Plaza Mayor and that it was only two days, it fulfilled my expectations.

A little more room in the room to support something like a bedside table or shelf. Inside the hostel there is no elevator, there are a few stairs to reach the room that was 401, yes there is to access from the street to the door of the hostel.

I enjoyed the perfect location just steps from Plaza Mayor and appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. The shower had great pressure, which was a relief after a day of exploring.

I have stayed there more than 10 times since the hostel had another name and another administration. The quality/price ratio is good mostly because of the location of the hostel. The rooms are small but I always use it just for sleeping and bathing, so I don't mind it being small. There is hand soap, towels and toilet paper. I have always found it clean. There are also extra blankets and a safe. It's an excellent option to tour the center of Madrid, all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. I have never had problems with my reservations and I have never lost my things; the staff is friendly. It has an elevator, as small as the rooms but it works perfectly, for me it is not a problem. They keep your luggage for you if you need it.

They could put more amenities in the room and if the room is for 2 people, an extra towel would be nice (we don't ask for it at the reception)

It is not very reformed, there are old things, what I liked the least was that you can hear all the noises, there was a noise that has for me, punishment, because it is a lack of respect and example by a guy in reception (the girls, great, correct, he had a very big failure), who late at night began to talk to someone, by phone or video conference, in a loud voice, lasted quite a long time. between that, that other guests came and all the noises were heard, something that seemed like a very close disco or pub with very loud music, I didn't manage to sleep a wink all night, just like that, without exaggerating. Sorry, I should have been reimbursed that night, because the day and night before, girls were at the reception, absolutely nothing happened, there was a wonderful silence and I rested like never before.

The Hostal Inter Plaza Mayor Auto Check In has a fantastic location, just a short 5-minute walk to the iconic Puerta del Sol. The clean room had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and the staff was always present to assist with any inquiries.

I loved the hotel, it's exceptionally friendly and the location is amazing in walking distance of many attractions. All the staff members were really friendly and pleasant. Stayed in spotlessly clean and airy twin room with terrace. An electronic key card, a work desk and a TV were appreciated.

We liked a lot the location! It is really walking distance from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Metro is super close! Taxis are lined up just a couple of streets down to Calle Mayor. (Airport transportation). We liked the rooms are comfortable, and paying the extra, you get aac.

Wi fi is very poor, Curtains are thin, so light comes in very early on summer. And as breakfast is served inside the room, chances to catch a curious ant are big.

Absolutely shocking experience. The shower drain was clogged with hair, and the check-in process would have made even a robot cry. There was no fridge or complimentary tea, which I would have expected. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't get over the utter lack of hospitality here.

The location was super central and made exploring the city easy. My room was clean and exceeded my expectations considering the affordable price.

It was in a great location--right next to the Plaza Mayor. Very nice. The staff was professional and serviceable.

The single room was so small! It also had a very tight little bathroom--but the shower was great- and the room had a kind of funky charm. It was serviced well. The weather was cool and I didn't need the AC--which they charge a good 6 euro a day fee for! I did not like that idea, otherwise, it was not a bad little place.

The location is perfect, just steps from major attractions. The staff were friendly, providing quick responses to all inquiries. I also enjoyed an amazing shower that delivered excellent pressure, refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. Many guests liked how clean the rooms were, and I found them adequately furnished for a comfortable stay.

The twin room felt somewhat small for two people.
